At Dropout Academy, we are dedicated to getting your heavy-hitting 3g disposables delivered to your doorstep quickly, securely, and discreetly. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your order is processed, shipped, and tracked.

📦 Our Shipping Workflow

To ensure maximum speed, every order undergoes a streamlined processing and transit pipeline.

 

1.Order Verification & Processing:1 – 2 Business Days.

Our team reviews and packs your order. All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday begin processing the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2.Secure, Discreet Packaging:Prior to Dispatch.

We respect your privacy. All Dropout Academy products are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes or bubble mailers with a neutral return address. There are no cannabis or hemp-related markings on the outside of the box.

3.Transit & Carrier Delivery:3 – 5 Business Days.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Packages are sent via reliable standard ground shipping to ensure smooth delivery across compliant regions.

🚫 State and Regional Shipping Restrictions

Dropout Academy operates in strict compliance with the 2018 Federal Farm Bill. All of our 3g disposables contain hemp-derived cannabinoids with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis.

However, state-level regulations regarding hemp-derived THCa and alternative cannabinoids fluctuate frequently. 

If you place an order from a restricted state, your order will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

Important Shipping Rules & Disclaimers

🔞 1. Age Verification Required

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any items from Dropout Academy. We utilize secure industry-standard age verification systems at checkout. Additionally, carriers may require an adult signature upon delivery in certain jurisdictions.

📍 2. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We process orders rapidly and cannot guarantee address changes once a package leaves our fulfillment center. Dropout Academy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

❓ 3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, ownership transfers to the buyer. If your package is lost or stolen in transit before delivery, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a carrier claim.

If your 3g disposable arrives physically damaged due to transit, take a photo immediately and contact us at support@dropoutacademy.com so we can issue a replacement.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your shipping label is generated, an automated tracking email will hit your inbox. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking status on their portal.
